QTS SLC1 Data Center

Quality Technology Services (QTS) is investing more than $6B into the SLC-1 campus that will eventually span 193 acres and create at least 5 data center structures. Layton Construction (Layton), the general contractor, has entrusted OCI to augment their quality team campus-wide and help ensure that quality standards are upheld throughout what is considered one of the most-accelerated data center build schedules in the country.

OCI’s team of 6 on-site consultants work side-by-side with dozens of trade partners each day to help answer questions, identify roadblocks, and bring issues to swift resolution. Our scope of services includes civil earthwork, reinforced concrete, structural steel, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire suppression, telecom, framing, firestopping, seismic bracing, and more.
