Aligned/Meta Data Center

In 2024, OCI partnered with Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI) to assist them as they constructed a new unistrut platform system to frame hot aisle containment (HAC) units within an existing Meta data center. Project specifications called for stringent bolt torque testing requirements that the team initially struggled to meet. Our ICC and CWI certified consultants worked alongside PCI to identify the issues and needed corrections. We also assisted them as they navigated discussions with the design team, general contractor, and material suppliers to ultimately come up with torquing solutions and keep the project on track.
