Since 2017, OCI has been providing the General Contractor, a joint venture between Holder Construction and Big-D Construction known as HDJV, with quality control consulting services for the new SLC TRP project.
Hollywood Burbank Airport Replacement Terminal Project

In 2024, OCI began providing the General Contractor, a joint venture between Holder Construction, Pankow Builders, and TEC (known as HPTJV) with quality control consulting services during the reconstruction of the Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR).

QTS SLC1 Data Center

Quality Technology Services (QTS) is investing more than $6B into the SLC-1 campus that will eventually span 193 acres and create at least 5 data center structures.
CloudHQ Manassas Data Center (MDC) Campus

In early 2026, Holder Construction (Holder) tapped OCI to assist them with their quality program on the MDC Campus for CloudHQ. The program consists of 3 separate 84-MW structures with on-site power substations.
Aligned/Meta Data Center
West Jordan, Utah, (2024 to 2025)
In 2024, OCI partnered with Performance Contracting, Inc. (PCI) to assist them as they constructed a new unistrut platform system to frame hot aisle containment (HAC) units within an existing Meta data center.
Aligned Data Center Campus, Project Phoenix
Shippingport, Pennsylvania (2026 to Present)
In September 2026, Aligned Data Centers (Aligned) and Holder Construction (Holder) broke ground on a $10B+, 2-million square foot data center campus at the Port of Shippingport, where several data centers are under construction.
Texas Instruments Semiconductor Fabrication Plant (LFAB2)

Stemming from the CHIPS Act passed by Congress to advance semiconductor manufacturing and research in the USA, Texas Instruments (TI) announced plans to invest $11B into Utah for this endeavor, making it the largest economic investment in Utah’s history.

Since 2021, the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), the largest independent chipmaker in the world, has been building out fabrication facilities on its campus in Phoenix, Arizona.
Cottonwood Connections
Cottonwood Heights, Utah (2024 - 2025)
In an effort to improve water conveying throughout the Cottonwood Heights area, the Metropolitan Water District of Salt Lake & Sandy (MWDSLS) hired Hazen and Sawyer to design and engineer this project, which installs over 2,000 linear feet of new welded steel pipe.
