OCI has deployed 3 full-time quality consultants to assist HPTJV and the project team as they observe ongoing construction activities. We identify quality and constructability issues during our shop drawing review or observation of construction activities. We then work with the project team to help bring these items to quick resolution and pass final inspections, which keeps the project on schedule and avoids costly rework. Our certified consultants assist in the following areas:
- Reinforced Concrete
- Post-Tensioned Concrete
- Structural Steel
- Metal Framing
- Firestopping
- Seismic Bracing
